We are working toward accreditation and payer contracting, and plan to add OWCP, Medicare and Medicaid, and commercial insurance once those are in place.

Elevation DME Supply carries 11 categories of home medical supplies: wound and surgical care, ostomy care, urology care, diabetes care, pain management, orthotic braces and supports, daily living aids, bathroom safety, mobility aids, compression therapy, and incontinence supplies.

Because we are self-pay, you always know your price before you order. We confirm the cost with you up front - no surprise bills and no insurance paperwork. The price depends on the specific items and quantities you need.

Many items are everyday retail products that need no prescription. Some items - such as intermittent and indwelling catheters, continuous glucose monitors, prescription-grade TENS units, and higher-grade compression garments - require a valid prescription on file before they can be dispensed. We coordinate that with your physician's office.

We serve patients in Las Vegas and the greater Clark County, Nevada area, with delivery to the patient's home or preferred location.

Elevation DME Supply is a veteran-owned, SDVOSB-certified business. DMEPOS accreditation and Medicare enrollment are in progress. Until those are complete, we operate self-pay only and do not represent ourselves as Medicare-accredited or enrolled.

Contact us if a product arrives damaged or incorrect, or is subject to a recall, and we will make it right. Some items cannot be returned for health and safety reasons once opened - please ask us before ordering if you are unsure.
