By accessing this website or placing an order with Elevation DME Supply, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or place an order. We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the current version.

Elevation DME Supply is a veteran-owned home medical equipment and supply provider based in Las Vegas, Nevada. We currently provide products on a self-pay basis and do not bill Medicare, Medicaid, or commercial insurance at this time. Product availability is subject to change.

Some products require a valid prescription on file before they can be dispensed; these are identified on our Products page. For prescription-required items, we collect and verify the prescription with your provider before the order is fulfilled.

Receipt of an order request, including any electronic confirmation, does not by itself constitute our acceptance of the order. We may decline or cancel any order, and we will refund any payment made for an order we are unable to fulfill.

All orders are self-pay. We confirm the price of your items with you before your order is fulfilled, and the price confirmed for your order is the price you pay. Prices are otherwise subject to change. We provide a receipt for every order.

Once your order and any required prescription are confirmed, your supplies are prepared and delivered to your home or preferred location. We will confirm delivery timing with you. Risk of loss for products passes to you upon delivery.

If a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or is subject to a manufacturer recall, contact us promptly and we will repair, replace, or refund it as appropriate.

For health and safety reasons, many medical supplies cannot be returned once they have been opened or used. Please contact us before ordering if you have questions about whether a specific item can be returned.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty where one is available, and we will honor applicable warranties under the law. Except for those warranties, products and services are provided on an "as is" basis, and Elevation DME Supply makes no other warranties, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
